Suggest Treatment For Extreme Fatigue

I am fighting fatigue, I am so very tired all the time, it has become hard for me to keep up. I am 69 y.o. F. Have a 87 y.o mother to take care of. Really do need some help. I do have R.A. Being treated with infusions q. 4 wk. and methotrexate. Sorry but I just do not have the money

You have problem of fatigueness that mostly because of anemia.
In anemia lack of oxygen suupply to other part of body cause fatigue.

In thyroid hormones imbalance may cause fatigueness.
Check your thyroid function test.

In diabetes more tiedness feel so check your blood sugar level first.

Consent your physician for diagnose.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.
