Hi & Welcome.
I can understand your concern for extreme hair fall.

Hair fall can be caused by nutritional deficiencies or hormonal imbalance dandruff or stress related issues.
I believe it to be stress responsible for your problem. Is it not?

I would first advise you to avoid stress, improve the diet (take a healthy balanced diet), avoid smoking and alcohol, take lots of fruits and vegetables then I suggest you to meet a dermatologist to get best management of the same.

The standard drug therapy for this kind of hair fall, include regular use of Minoxidil 5 % lotion to applied on the affected area twice daily and Tablet Keraglo to be taken once daily.

The goal with this therapy is to arrest or slow down further progression. New hair regrowth is an added advantage but response varies from individual to individual.

Minoxidil is a vasodilator it dilates blood vessels in the scalp, which may improve hair follicle function and stimulate scalp hair growth thus promoting hair regrowth.

Keralgo tablet is hair supplement which contains multivitamins and minerals. It is basically effective in any type of hair fall.

Results are usually noticeable over a period of 6-12 months of regular use of Minoxidil lotion and oral treatment with Keraglo

The results are maximal at 1-2 years of combined treatment and then may be maintained with just oral treatment.

Hope the suggestion given above could be useful in getting the right treatment after consulting a dermatologist.

Take care.

A feed back is appreciated.
