General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You seem to have what we call male boldness which is a condition in men and is characterized by hair fall at the level of the upper sides of the face and the upper area of the head.

This is a genetic condition and some patients may have it earlier than others. It is related to the hormone testosterone.
You may try Minoxidil locally on the affected area to help your hair grow back. There are other treatments available as well such as finasteride. You will need to talk to your doctor before considering using this as it is an oral pill.

I hope this gives some answers to your query. I remain at your disposal for further medical assistance.

Regards,
