Suggest Treatment For Extreme Itchiness In The Vagina

my vagina has been itching alot lately. i dont think i have symptoms of a yeast infection because there is no 'cottage cheese' discharge or burning sensation, it just itches! im almost 16 and still a virgin so sex isnt the problem..why do you think this is happening?!?!
