Hello,
You are suffering from mood swings and suicidal thoughts. It is normal to react when hurt. Abrupt shifts in mood or emotional state, may be a normal response to stress or hormonal shifts. However, since you get furious and want to hit or kill the one who hurt you may be indicative of
borderline personality disorder or
bipolar disorder.
To reduce such symptoms, stay away from stressful lifestyle, manage hormonal shifts, and stay away from
substance abuse. Some medications also cause mood swings, be cautious of what medications you are taking. Psychotherapy, talk therapy, cognitive behavior therapy, dialectical
behavioral therapy (DBT), helps to control intense emotions and also helps to develop coping skills.
Stay away from smoking, alcohol, drugs or addictions if any. Get clinically examined by a GP, get required tests and investigations done. If required you will be referred to a
Psychiatrist and treated with oral medications, lifestyle changes, physical therapy and healthy diet.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
