General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello, Welcome to Ask a doctor services. I have read your query.

Menopausal phase is between 45-55 yrs of age. Since you are just 40 with history of fatigue, sweating, headache, etc; You are suggested to visit a GP, get T3, T4, TSH done to rule out thyroid issues.

If you have high BP associated with heart burn, you can take antacids & PPI's but get lipid profile, stress test, ecg, echo done to rule out any developing CAD.

Stay away from stress & anxiety. Avoid addictions of any kind. Your treatment will depend upon the severity of the pathology detected. Take care.
