Suggest Treatment For Extreme Neck Pain

for around 6 months i have had pain back left of neck, going down my arm to my fingers.I have weakness in left arm and hand hindering lots of daily activities.Also cannot lift my left arm aboveshoulder level without extreme pain. not sleeping, pain wakes me up every 1-2 hours.waiting results of mri scan. am scared. please help. thank you, Jill Green
