Suggest Treatment For Extreme Pain In Radius Bone And Wrist

Male, 30 years old. I have extreme pain in the distal part of the radias bone; wrist. My job requires me to put extreme force on my wrist, i believe that was the cause. Every time I flex my wrist or move my thumb I feel pain. Please, what is the best method to treat this injury, and what will happen if I delay treatment?
