Suggest Treatment For Extreme Pain In The Lower Rib Cage
I have been experiencing extreme pain in the lower rib cage on the right side of my body and it extends from the ribs through to my back. The pain is constant but accelerates when I cough, bend over, twist, lift etc. or try to lay on my right side when I try to go to sleep. The pain exists regardless of whether I have eaten or not.
pain in right side of lower ribs may be due to appendicitis, gall stone, pancreatitis, acid reflux, strain on intercostal muscle, peptic ulcer and inflammatory bowel disease. maintain proper diet.avoid taking fat, oily, spicy foods and salty things in food. avoid drink fluids during meals. eat fibres and multivitamin rich diet. do exercise regularly. first get an ultrasound of whole abdomen and cbc with esr test done. share reports for further management.
