Suggest Treatment For Extreme Pressure Around Tailbone And Vaginal Walls

Last night I awoke to extrme pressure around my tailbone area and my vagina walls were contracting but subsided quickly when I jumped out of bed, then a few hours later my tailbone had the same pressure again, and again subsided when I stood up, do I need to be concerned about any health related problems that may be going on?
