General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are many medical conditions related to the thoracic pain. It can be a nerve damage, muscle damage or vertebral issue. I suggest to do an thoracic X-ray or CT for further evaluation. Meanwhile, I suggest to use prescription painkillers such as Oxycodone.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
