Suggest Treatment For Extreme Tiredness

I am extremely tired everyday & it s effecting my daily activity. My doctor has given me sleeping pills to help me sleep through the night. Even with that, I m still tired. What could the problem be? I have already taken blood test & everything came back fine.

I have a couple of suggestions for you. Have your doctor consider a sleep study for you to rule out sleet apnea as this can cause extreme fatigue. Also look at your diet and try cutting back oyn sugars and carbohydrates (bread, rice, pasta, potatoes). A diet high in sugars and carbs can cause a lot of fatigue.
