Suggest Treatment For Extremely Dry Skin With Bruises On Body

I HAVE EXTREME DRY SKIN, CANT GET ANY RELIEF FROM POWDERING OR LOTION, AND ABOUT 4 MONTHS BACK AND IT IS NOT HEALED RIGHT AND HAVE BEEN SPLINTING IT AND CLEANING IT, ON TOP OF THAT I HAVE BEEN GETTING TONS OF UNEXPLIANED BRUISEING AND I HAVE BEEN HAVING BLACK STOOL FOR 5 1/2 MONTHS NOW, SHOULD I GO INTO THE EMERGENCY ROOM TONIGHT OR DO YOU THINK THAT I COULD WAIT TO SEE MY DOCTORS APPOINTMENT?
