Suggest Treatment For Extremely Itchy Thighs With Red Spots, Blisters On Head And Sore Skin

Hi, my skin is really irritated and has been for the last month or so, doctors keep palming me off saying I need to moisturise it but it doesn t help. The inside of my thighs are really itchy and have a lot of red spots, I keep getting tiny blisters on my hand that have a tiny brown dots in them, my skin is just very sensitive and sore. I ve used hydrocortisone cream, cetraben cream, fusidic acid cream and standard creams but nothing is helping it, I d really appreciate some help. Thanks Jake

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, you should get it evaluated by a dermatologist and to rule out any systemic vasculitis or allergic reaction to any drugs etc. Also viral rash like varicella zoster should be ruled out.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin
