Suggest Treatment For Eye Floaters

Hello, I have a question. Im male, I have 19 years old, and I have some eye floaters. I remember when I was like 12 years old, I already had some minimum eye floaters. Sometimes, in my life, I have seen some light flashes. I remember at age of 13 I was in a fighting sport( karate ), and I remember one time when I finished one fight I was kind of nervous and I saw many light flashes. I don t know if when this happenned to me, my floaters began to appear more than before. What do you think? And my basic question is: Do you recomend me to remove my eye floaters? I really don t have much floaters,the problem is that I have one kind of black floater in the center of my right eye, and its really annoying. Thank you, I wish you can help me.
