Suggest Treatment For Eye Infection

I have an eye infection which I believe i contracted from my baby who also has an eye infection. I have just noticed a lump in front of my ear. I have been given Fucithalmic eye gel and have been using it since Monday (now Thursday) and my eye has worsened?! Please advise? Thanks

YOUR DRUG IS USED TO TREAT BACTERIAL INFECTION. FUCITHALMIC EYE GEL APPEARS TO BE RESISTANT TO YOUR INFECTION. YOU HAVE TO GO FOR A CHANGE. START OFLOXACIN .3% EYE DROP 4HOURLY. NEOSPORINE EYE OINTMENT MAY BE APPLIED AT BED TIME.
