Hello It seems from the history that your mother in law is having PDR in right eye. The treatment is by pan retinal photo coagulation and control of diabetes. Since she has lost her left eye because of optic atrophy the treatment for right eye is very important and urgent. Hence I advice you to consult your doctor for examination and treatment at the earliest.
Thank you
