Suggest Treatment For Eye Twitching And Tightness In Eyes

Tightness in both temples everyday. Very dry contact lenses. Both eyes twitch. Tightness around eye brows. Eyes feel like they are working hard to focus. Not sure if it is sinuses. The tightness gets worse at night. This is not a migraine. No headache involved. Medication such as ibuprofen does not help.

twitching is neurological and does not have any treatment. It is also related t stress. so try to reduce stress. might be having refractory problem. refraction may be done and if required correction given.
