Suggest Treatment For Eye Twitching, Cold And Difficulty In Breathing

Hello, have a few things going on. I am diabetic- type 2 for 30+ years. healthy weight- 130 for 5 6 frame. chicken legs, typically heavy in middle noticing the following- lots of weathered looking, dry, saggy skin, intermitent eye twitches, always seem to be cold, sometimes difficult swallowing, and cant seem to catch breath- not like lung thing, more like going to open my mouth to talk and cant get anything out, no major aches or pains, still healing from calcification tendonitis of rotator cuff- ouch
