Suggest Treatment For Facet Joint Pain

Hi, i have suffered from facet joint pain since september 2009. I have had cortisone injections that havent really helped. I want a permanent fix not a temporary one and have been looking into nerve block - is this an option and whats the best way to go about getting it done? Thanks
