Suggest Treatment For Fainting Spells And Increased Heartbeat Due To Anemia
I have severe anaemia and have started fainting almost 3-4 times a day at home and at work am exhausted and cant stay awake at the best of times let alone work. My heart is beating so fast. Can i be signed off of work or how can there be a quick solution?
Welcome at HCM I have gone through your query and being your physician I completely understand your health concerns... Increased heart beat is a compensatory response to the anemia. It is important to look for the cause of anemia. If I am your physician I will get your FBC with RETIC COUNT. There is need to investigate the anemia. If your Hb levels are less than 8g/dl there is need to do the transfusion. Meet hematologist for proper management. Meanwhile stay calm and limit your physical activities. Get well soon Hope your query is adequately addressed if you still have any feel free to ask Regards Dr Saad Sultan
