Suggest Treatment For Fat Deposit On Sides Of Neck

I have a fatty growth deposit on both sides of my neck just above the collar bone. It does not hurt to touch i, but it does cause pain if I turn my neck. My PCP says that cannot feel them, but the lumps are visible to the naked eye. Should I get a second doctor to take a look at the growths? I have many health issues and I want to catch this before it gets serious. Thank you, Karol

Hi.
As per your case-history you are having either fat depostion or simple lipomas.

Fat deposition maybe due to certain disorders like cushing syndrome or some-times due to medicines like oral steroids or oral contraceptives
Lipomas are benign growths that can occur at any time.

It is better to consult a surgeon or dermatologist for proper examination and relevant investigations done to reach perfect diagnosis.

Thanks.
