Suggest Treatment For Fatigue After Sleeping And Pain In The Right Leg

I have had a very achy right leg the other one seems fine - if I sit too long or when I get up from sleeping there is a lot of fatigue -- it takes time to get the strength back. i went thru Chemo and radiation twice for breast cancer 15 and 20 years ago and wonder if this could be a clotting issue or even bone cancer as the ache comes from very deep inside.
