Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Agitation While On BP Medication

I have been dealing with some upper body fatigue. I get really tired really fast when using my arms to do pretty much anything. I am worried as it seems to be getting worse. I am on more than one high blood pressure medication and welbutrin. I get agitated and impatient with my children because I am just so tired most of the time. I have bad day and good days.

can consult treating doctor and if possible withdraw the drug or go for alternative.symptoms may not be for drug. can be having psychological disorder. consult clinical psychologist and take counseling.
