Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Dizziness

About ten days ago I started feeling extreme fatigue and dizziness. Along with that I am feeling a burning tingly numbness feeling in my hands, feet and chest area that comes and goes. My blood pressure is normally 115/80 but this week it has been 91/53. Went to urgent care and my cbc panel came back Normal with just a slightly elevated glucose level of 105. Chest X-ray is normal. Thyroid level is normal, urinalysis is normal. I don t know what to do at this point. I can barely function because I feel so out of it. I do have a severe herniation in my neck from an accident several years ago and have felt a few zap feeling la theorist my body a few times before the symptoms above started. Not sure if it may be related but I read about neuropathy and symptoms sound similar. Can you tell me what other tests you think I should get? I desperately want to feel normal again and need to be able to get up and go to work... Any suggestions would help and thank you..

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

Cervical spine disc herniation can give neurological symptoms like weakness of the area and tingling supplied by the respective nerve roots or so.
Hence it is needed to find the cause of other symptoms.
You already have undergone some investigations including thyroid functions and are within normal limits.
Hence I would advise you to have the following:
Consult your Doctor for proper and in detail clinical history, evaluation, examination and additional investigations:
Review MRI of neck.
Blood tests for typhoid, tuberculosis, electrolytes and so on
Second opinion of a Neurologist to find any problem related to disc.
Tale electrolyte solution to see whether it improves blood pressure and symptoms.
Further management as per the findings.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T Chandrakant,
