have light headiness,dizzy spells, fainting, tiredness, has been occurring for two months. As all the tests were normal we have to consider conditions like fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Consult a neurologist and get evaluated.

As of now, drink plenty of water and avoid unwanted stress and anxiety.
