Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Lack Of Energy After Busy Day

Hi, i just want to know why when i'm busy for one day doing what should be done. and the next two days i feel lack of energy and doln't feel like doing anything thats important the next day around the house, i know i have to do, but i just do not have the energy to do it?
