General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Fatigue and lack of energy can occur due aging, nutritional deficiency or metabolic disorders like diabetes or hypertension. Any high or low blood sugar / pressure can cause fatigue or weakness. The name of the blood tests done has not been mentioned.Complete blood count, ESR, fasting and postprandial blood sugar levels, chest X-ray and ECG should be done for a general assessment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
