Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Rheumatoid Arthritis

Brother Age 73, lives in Montana, General Fatigue, Weakness, loss of muscel mass, spends time outside, no major health problems in the past, got a shingles shot about 4 years ago, symtoms started shortly after the shot. His sister, age 83 has rheumatoid arthritis. Father had Parkinson s disease. Is Lyme disease a possibility?
