Suggest Treatment For Fatigue And Sinus Infection

I have joint pain late in the day. I am experiencing more frequent hot flashes especially at night, general fatigue. I cannot relate these symptoms to any other illness however I think I may have a sinus infection currently (I had a head cold in late November for about 2+ weeks but have had continued sinus congestion and/or drippy nose since). Can an infection like that cause these other symptoms?
