Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue and swollen lymph node in the neck which could be due to gastroesophageal reflux disease, Reactionary Lymphadinitis secondary to Sinusitis, mass or lesion in the throat and it could be due to allergic post nasal drip. I would suggest you to do war compresses over lymph nodes. Chronic fatigue and weakness occurs some time due to infection like tuberculosis. You should consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated. You should take antibiotics like Levofloxacin,anti-inflammatory like Ibuprofen along with decongestants and mucolytics such as Bromhexine. You can also get an FNAC/ Biopsy of the lymph nodes done to rule out the exact cause of the lymph node enlargement and treatment can be planned accordingly. Do warm saline gargles. Take nasal sprays.

Hope your concern has been resolved.

Best Wishes,
