I have recently begun to experience extreme fatigue, even in the mornings upon getting out of bed. under my eyes are so dark it looks like i have two black eyes some mornings, and even with trying to diet and eat healthy and walking 30-45 minutes a day at least 4 days a week, i cannot lose even a pound as of lately. i have always struggled with my weight but normally when i eat right and exercise, it comes off slowly, but not only am i not losing i am gaining, and weigh more now than i ever have except during pregnancy.
