Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Constipation, Severe Hair Loss And Heart Palpitations

ive been experiencing a lot of fatigue, cant tolerate heat or cold, constipation with ibs, lost big handfuls of hair, flushing of the face , cold hands and feet , heart palpitations , my legs feel heavy and swollen if I do a lot , I have also gained 38 pounds this year , can you help me ? I m miserable. I also have fibromyalgia and sciatica.

Hello,

Your symptoms point towards hypothyroidism. However, only blood tests can confirm this. Do get your FT4 and TSH checked for confirmation and proper treatment.
