Suggest Treatment For Fatigue , Headache And Breathlessness

Two days ago I blacked, no pulse no breathing and was given chest compressions, ambulance took me to hospital and my bmi was recorded as low as 26 bmi, I suffer fatigue,headaches and lethargy most of the time is this serious as the cardio doctor seemed unfazed. But agreed to insert a heart loop monitor in my chest to determine wether a pacemaker may be required, I am scared I will have another episode and not come round next time. Thanks Steve.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have fatigue , headache and breathlessness . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like sinusitis , diabetes, type 2 , multiple sclerosis , stress reaction , tension headache , medication reaction or side-effect , anemia . It could be due to cardiac problem like stroke or pacemaker problem as you mention in query . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist for proper examination without any delay . Doctor may order blood test , ECG , troponin t test and take history . Doctor may also refer him to ENT specialist in case of sinusitis related problem . Doctor may order CT scan and examine ear with otoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics like amoxicillin , along with sedative and supplements like ginkgo biloba . For now take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain , take proper rest , do not exert your body and eat iron rich food like spinach .
