TSH-ULTRASENSITIVE, Serum* 10.751 T3* 106.54 T4* 5.32 Free T3, Serum* 2.45 Free T4, Serum* 0.86 Microsomal (TPO) Antibody Titre,serum by CMIA 291.95 Thyroglobulin Antibody (ATA),serum by CMIA 18.03 Following are the symtoms 1. Excessive faituge 2. Low heart rate 3. Muscle pain, joint pain 4. Dry or cracking skin, brittle nails and excessive hair loss but no neck swelling. Kindly suggest

Your TSH is over 10Ui so it is clear you have hypothyroidism which is the possible cause of your symptoms. You will need to start treatment with levothyroxine and be regularly followed up till the dose that keeps your TSH between 0.5-5 Ui is found.
