General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think you are having gastroenteritis. You can try to use Loperamide for diarrhea and Reglan for nausea. Using probiotics such as enterogermina or youvita to establish the intestinal flora is advisable.

You may get better in 5 to 7 days. Also remember to keep yourself hydrated and don't eat too many fruits, vegetables or fruit juices.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
