Suggest Treatment For Fatigue, Tingling Sensation On The Arm And Flu

I have suspected Lyme disease in 2014. I was treated in 2014 with a month of doxycycline. Since then any time I get stressed out or I get a cold I get flu like symptoms ie achey muscles, fatigue, tingling skin on my arms. It will last for 1 day and then my symptoms are gone. Could this be Lyme flair up or possible physical anxiety symptoms?

I think this is normal course if viral infection cold or flu. Doesn't seem related to Lyme.
