i have multiple health problems, fybromyalgi, bulgin disk, Thyroid, depression anxiety, obese, migraines do to cycst in sinus canal, but I feel like something else is causing some of my problems, I do have chronic fatigue as well and sleep apnea. But I wake up swollen often. I have tried many ways to loose weight and it does not happen. I am at a lost as to what I can do about swellen and fatigue no energy.
Thyroid is a gland controlling the metabolism. Since you have thyroid problems, you basically suffer from energy dysequilibrium i.e. on one hand you suffer from energy depletion, on the other hand this energy remains unutilised and subsequently gets stored as fat. Hence you are fatigued but are gaining weight. Still, for weight gain to occur, the amount of energy taken in as food needs to be greater than the total amount of energy expenditure. So, it is needless to say that you need to cut down on your food intake on one hand, and increase the amount of workout. Other problems that you mention, are simply related. Electrical muscle stimulation therapy that is available at many slimming centres, might be able to give you some relief.
