Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver And High SGPT Levels

My Father(58) is non-smoker, non-alcoholic, has been diagnosed with fatty liver, has SGPT 121 & serum creatinine 1.4. He does brisk walk every morning for 30-45mins. Still sgpt is increasing highly. What diet to follow to reduce it upto 40~45? Please help.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, it is the underlying cause of the live enzymes if this is being increasing and that need to be treated else the liver enzyme it self can not be treated better to see the gastroenterologist hope this information helps.
