Suggest Treatment For Fatty Liver Disease

I just had blood work done and am being told that I have abnormal high liver function and they want to do additional tests to rule hepatitis and also do a scan on my liver. I am a healthy 44 year old man that exercise often. I have a decent diet but recently have eaten more fried foods and drank much more? Could this be the cause and what can I do it to reverse fatty liver if that is indeed what is going on?

Hello,

I read your message and understood your problem.

Please send to me medical reports you have so I will evaluate better your case. Send me the paper of the blood work done and other reports if you have. Also, mention to me all the symptoms you have.

To evaluate the liver function and the cause it is necessary to do further examinations. This is why it is ordered a CT-scan and hepatitis tests.

I am happy to hear that you are an active person who eats healthy too. You have eaten more fried foods and drank more alcohol recently. This may have triggered the liver to malfunction more due to a higher stress and has developed the symptoms.

If you had no symptoms and just the blood test showed a rising of liver enzymes (ALT, AST, GGT) this means that the cause is your recently diet ( the fatty foods you ate that were high in cholesterol (fried food) and the alcohol intake).

Repeat the liver tests after some time but make sure to follow a healthy diet before the test. If the liver tests show high liver function again than you must do further tests.

Hope this is helpful.
