Suggest Treatment For Feeling Electricity Passing From Elbow To Finger

i am 46yrs old female, recently i developed a pain in my elbow; during sleep there is no pain, during day it is constant pain where i have a feeling of electricity going down from the elbow to the small finger. as i already checked on medical plus website, it sounds like tennis elbow so i started taking diclofenac already for two weeks. nothing has changed so i guess i should see a doctor...any suggestions? thank you!
