Suggest Treatment For Feeling Of Vomit Stuck In Throat After Dry Heaves
Hi im 8 weeks pregnant, and today i went to go vomit, and it was dry and hard to come out. Now i feel as if theres this nasty dry clump of vomit in my throat, drinking water is painful and feels like its trying to push the vomit back into my stomach. Its really uncomfrontable, everytimw i force myself to throw up , more does come up but does not relieve my throat. Help please.
Such sensation can be due to acid reflux or GERD. You are suggested to take small meals multiple times a day. Stay well hydrated. Take adequate rest. Avoid anxiety, tensions and stress.
Sip water or soup, some warm beverage so that slowly the discomfort in your throat can be relieved. In case it is still uncomfortable, you can visit an ENT and get clinically examined and get the vomitus removed if its there.
