Suggest Treatment For Femoral Fracture With Hip Pain

Hello doctor! my father had a fracture few days ago ....he is facing low apin in his hip also he can stand erect but is unable to put full weight on his right leg or take normal steps...so we went doctor & got an x-ray which shows femoral neck fracture...but the problem is that he is above 70 years & is very thin so pls. if u could tell any home remedy for this problem..thank u...
