Suggest Treatment For Femoral Neck Fracture

Hi, i'm kaisar, manik is my brother, age 26, got an accident during parking the motorcycle at our home last friday(17th june). He slipped from motorcycle to the floor. In this situation his left leg side is injured. Seeing x-ray Doctor said neck of the femur slightly fracture. As doctor said, he(manik) should take bed rest without operation.

Please tell me a way, what should i've to do ?
