Suggest Treatment For Fever Along With Cough And Sore Throat

My son has fever at moment of 99 to 100 (goes up during day lighter during night) since Thursday. He also has a cough, stuffy nose, difficulty breathing. It started Wednesday with a really sore throat to the point of crying in his sleep and a headache with sensitivity to light with a cough and no fever and has progressed into this. It feels like his heart is beating out of his chest. Tried doing neb treatment on him around 8pm and a steamed bathroom/shower with no much improvement to his breathing. Starting to get pretty worried not sure what I need to do. I have given him Tylenol at 10pm and cough syrup at about 9 (musinex cough for kids) to the doses they say. Any advice????
