Suggest Treatment For Fever And Cough In A Child When Fever Is Re-occurring After Two Weeks

Hi , my son is having fever for the 3rd day. No running nose. He also has cough. The fever comes back after 5 /6 hrs. P500 and maxtra are been given . Couple of weeks back he had bacterial infection and gave Camp 256 as per doctors recommendation. Fever again started after the gap of 2 weeks.
