Suggest Treatment For Fever And Cough
My 3 year old son has a fever croup cough & has had nose bleeds the last couple of days & when he is sleeping & doesn t have the fever he is soaking wet from head to toe... What is going on?!? This has been going on for 6 days, however he always Sweats when he sleeps .... Like you have to change the bedding & the clothes

Brief.. Some important blood tests needs to be done,as complete blood count,ESR,Clotting factors and urine test for aminoacids.
Detailed answer..Since Croup is viral infection and can be reslved by itself with symptometically treatment like syp .paracetamol 7 ml 3 times a day and syp.containing dextrometharphan and salbutamol 1 spoon three times a day.
As I have gone through the history of your child,it seems that first he needs to be evaluated for any metabolic disorder of amino acids ,for that a urine test needs to be done to rule out aminoacids metabolic contents.
And for bleeding episodes in male child ,haemophilia needs to be ruled out ,for that clotting factors needs to be investigated for.Complete blood count will help to rule out low measures of platelates ,essential for clotting.
My opinion would be get all these tests done and you may discuss further with your doctor.
