General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it can be signs of systemic infection like enteric fever etc as blood counts can be normal initially.

Also, paranasal sinuses infection should be ruled out on a baseline X-ray PNS. Repeat blood counts, inflammatory markers as well as blood cultures is a must.

If the problem persists infectious diseases specialist may be consulted.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
