Suggest Treatment For Fever And Headache.

I've been running a low grade fever, (99.3 - 99.9) feeling very tired, and just achy in my lower back, lower back of my head, and had headaches since Monday. I'm basically wondering if maybe I'm just tired? (Which I shouldn't be.) Or if I need to try to go to the doctor tomorrow?

Hi thanks for contacting HCM...

Fever with muscle ache like symptoms can be present in viral infection....
For it symptomatic treatment given....
If congestion present antihistaminic drug needed...
For pain paracetamol analgesic needed....
Healthy diet taken...

If ear infection present then also fever and headache can be there.....

Second investigate with CRP and liver enzymes estimation...
As sometime this could be early hepatitis ...

If neck stiffness present neurological examination done and history and investigation for meningitis done .....

So consult doc for examination...
