Suggest Treatment For Fever And Runny Nose

My 4 year old has fever 101.3 just taken today. He has had a runny nose and sneezing for a few days and is very tired, sleeping extra and has a low appetite today. I am wondering if he should be started on an antiviral as this could certainly be the flu. I am especially concerned since we have an 8 week old baby as well. Please advise, thank you.
